1. What materials are your products made of?
All the materials we use are responsibly produced and sourced. Our products are primarily made of 100% Organic, European sourced hemp. You can find more information on ‘Our Hemp’ page.
2. Why do you choose hemp as your main material?
Hemp is the most environmentally positive crop. It has a high natural growth efficiency and therefore needs little to no pesticides and fertilizers to grow. You can read more on our ‘Reduce Ecological Footprint’ page.
3. Where do you source your hemp from?
Our hemp is sourced from Romania. You can read more about it on ‘Our Hemp’ page.
4. Is your hemp organic?
Our hemp is 100% organic.
5. What are your packaging materials made of?
Most of our products are shipped in a box or poly mailer. The boxes are made from a paper pulp that is sourced from responsibly managed forests and mills. The poly mailers are made of a natural resin, they are also OK Compost certified, meaning they are fully compostable and plastic free. You can read more about our sustainable packaging here.
1. How do I wash my products?
Follow these washing guidelines for optimal product care:
✓ Wash on max. 40° c with similar colors.
✓ Wash inside out
✓ Use a color laundry detergent
2. Do my products shrink when I wash them?
Hemp fabric tends to shrink 3-5% in length after washing. But will return to the original size after usage. It will also become softer after each wash and use.
3. How can I dry my products?
It is best to hang dry or tumble dry low our products.

Yes, we offer the possibility to ship to European countries and The U.S / Canada. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping outside the Netherlands.
2. How does free shipping over 100 euro work?
Once your total order value exceeds 100 euro, the shipping costs will be deducted from the total payment. This will happen automatically.

We’re sorry that our products did not meet your expectations. You can return your order within 30 days. You will receive a full refund if the products are not damaged.

Your order will usually ship within 1-2 days after we received the order. You will receive an e-mail once the order has been shipped.
5. How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge € 6.95 for standard shipments within the Netherlands. We charge € 4.95 for smaller packages that fit through the letterbox. All orders over € 100 are shipped for free. For other countries within Europe, U.S or Canada, please contact us via email@example.com

The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands are 1-3 days.
