We charge € 6.95 for standard shipments within the Netherlands. We charge € 4.95 for smaller packages that fit through the letterbox. All orders over € 100 are shipped for free.
How does free shipping work?
Once your order exceeds €100,- , the shipping costs will automatically be reduced to zero. You won’t have to do anything to receive free shipping.
Shipping outside of the Netherlands is possible. We can ship to the following countries/continents:
- United Kingdom
- United States

International shipping costs can vary by order. So please contact us at email@example.com for more information.
The delivery time within the Netherlands are 1-3 working days. For international shipping it can take up to 3 weeks, depending on the country.
When does my order ship?
All orders within the Netherlands are expected to ship within 24 business hours and will be delivered within 1-3 working days. For international shipping it can take up to 3 weeks. Please contact us for more details on international shipping.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please use this tracking number to stay up to date on your shipment.
What shipping carrier do you use?
We work together with PostNL, DHL and DPD.
Is it possible to return my order?
We're sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your order. It’s definitely possible to return your order to us. HMPLB offers a 30 day return guarantee. Every order can be returned within 30 days, when the return order meets the following requirements:
- Within 30 days
- The products are complete
- The products are not damaged
- The products are clean and unused
- In the original packaging
* We are not responsible for return orders that get lost at the shipping carrier.
There are two options for return: refund or exchange.
If you choose to receive a refund, your money will be transferred back through your chosen payment method within 5 business days after the completion of the return process.
For an exchange, we will send you the new order once we receive the return shipment. If the first order value exceeds the second order value, we will refund the rest of the money through your chosen payment method. If the second order value is bigger, you will receive a new invoice by email.
How do I return my order?
Follow the following instructions to return your order.
1. Please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and if you wish to receive a refund or want to exchange the product.
2. Fill in this return form and send it back alongside the order.

Do I have to pay for returns?
The return shipping costs are not reimbursed. However, you can deliver the return order yourself, this way you won’t have to pay any costs.
When do I receive my money back?
Once your return has been processed, you will receive an e-mail and we will refund your money within 5 business days through your chosen payment method.
Are there non-refundable products?
All products are refundable unless it’s clearly stated on the product page.
